We have had numerous complaints that Postmen are not leaving cards when customers are not in. This now seems to be the norm. It is the customers responsibility to check the tracking and see if an item needs collection or redelivering. These items are generally returned to us after a month after which we will invoice you again to reship the item. If you're item has not arrived after the stated delivery time, check the tracking information. Please note that items sent 2nd class, will only show delivery information once delivery has been attempted.
