Replacements, Returns and Non Delivery

Any item that arrives damaged will be replaced free of charge, as long as photographic evidence of the damage is supplied.

Returns A4 and A3 UK

Customers who wish to return items because they did not read the description and have bought the wrong size, can return items, but will be liable for return postage.

If a customer is unhappy with quality, their first response should be to e-mail us and explain the issues they have. We want to help, but can only do so if you contact us.

Returns A4 and A3 Outside of UK

All overseas orders are bespoke and printed in the country where it is ordered. As a result we have to pay an external company to print them. We cannot be refunded for these orders, therefore in the event of a return claim, the production costs will be deducted from the refund.

Returns A2 and A1 UK and Overseas

We do not print our own A2 or A1 prints, therefore all orders are regarded as bespoke. We cannot be refunded for these orders, therefore in the event of a return claim, that does not involve damage to the print, the production costs will be deducted from the refund. As per our damaged items policy, any items arriving damaged, will be replaced free of charge.

Non Delivery

If an item shows non delivery after a two week period, we will issue a replacement free of charge. If an item's tracking shows delivery has been made, in most cases, there should be either a photograph of where the item was delivered, or at very least, a map of where the item was scanned on delivery. If an item cannot be found, customers should check any outbuildings or cupboards, check with neighbours and then contact the local Delivery Office of the courier responsible for delivery.
